SYDNEY KINGS NBA IMPORT MOVES TOP RYDE TO GREATER HEIGHTS

January 22, 2014 – Sydney-based property developer Crown Group has welcomed its tallest resident to the award-winning Top Ryde City Living as newest Sydney Kings’ NBA import Sam Young moves in.

Standing at 198cm tall, the 28-year old former NBA star has injected a new surge of vitality into the MightyMite Sydney Kings as they enter the final half of the season.

The former Indiana Pacers forward who played 249 matches in the NBA has been a welcome asset to the Sydney Kings as they approach the competitive tail-end of the season.

Sydney Kings General Manager Rod Harys confirms the team is excited to welcome an internationally competitive player into the fold.

“Sam Young is an exceptional player and we couldn’t turn down this fantastic opportunity to add to the team,” he said.

“In the last few games he has played, we can see a marked improvement in the team’s performance.”

Crown Group Director of Sales & Marketing Adam Sparkes welcomed Young, offering a comprehensive tour of the expansive development and the player’s new home.

“It is exciting to offer a finished product that can accommodate world-acclaimed and accomplished athletes,” he said.

“Given what Top Ryde has to offer, a partnership for the 2013-14 season was a sensible and locally supportive opportunity for us to pursue.”

Sydney Kings General Manager Rod Harys said that he was delighted that a prestigious player from the states could be provided such high quality accommodation.

“The Sydney Kings could not be happier that players are able to enjoy facilities like those offered at Top Ryde City Living.”

“Elite athletes require a certain level of facilities to be able to compete competitively,” he said.

“It is very rare to find such inclusive, high-level facilities in a residential complex,” he said.

Top Ryde City Living has recently been awarded two prestigious building design accolades including a Master Building Association NSW Excellence in Housing Award and the Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW President’s Award.

Young is renowned for his fanatic training regiment, making the generously equipped Top Ryde City Living an excellent accommodation choice.

“Sam Young will be able to train until his heart is content with the readily-available facilities at Top Ryde.”

Crown Group currently has four major developments underway in Sydney.

Sydneysiders will have the opportunity to see Young in action over the remainder of the season, with another six home games scheduled, prior to the play-offs.
