Crown Group CEO Iwan Sunito said the company’s vision for Skye by Crown was to create an icon in Sydney for decades to come.

“Skye by Crown has been an exceptional project from the start – from the first stages of development and design selection through to one of the most successful sales launches in Crown Group’s history,”

“Skye by Crown will set a new benchmark in city living,” Mr Sunito said.

The final 13 apartments are now selling.

“With just two years to completion, Skye by Crown offers a great investment for our buyers,” Mr Sunito added.

Skye by Crown’s architectural elegance and close proximity to quality schools, shops and North Sydney train station, struck a chord with buyers, with more than 100 apartments sold within a week of launch.

Mayor of North Sydney, Cr Jilly Gibson said Skye by Crown will add significantly to the urban renewal of the suburb.

“Developments such as this cement North Sydney’s status as a growing commercial and residential district,” Cr Gibson said.

“Skye by Crown will be home to hundreds of new North Sydney residents and will provide new eateries and retail outlets when completed in 2016,” Cr Gibson said.

“I look forward to seeing Skye by Crown join our skyline.”

“Importantly, projects like this add to works already underway to make North Sydney a better place to live and work,” Cr Gibson said.

The building’s design captures views over North Sydney and Sydney’s CBD, one of many features which set it apart from other new developments in the area.

Since launching in June, the $236 million luxury residential development has attracted hundreds of enquires from investors and owner-occupiers eager to secure an apartment in the exciting new development.
