There’s huge demand to live in the area, and this will only increase as more and more units are snapped up over the next few years, increasing rental yields and the overall value of each property. This can already been seen in the latest figures from realestate.com.au, which reveal annual growth of 7.9 per cent in median price, along with an average rental yield of 4.1 per cent, making Waterloo one of the best performers in Sydney.
