(Sydney, Australia) Wednesday January 27, 2016 – Urban Taskforce Australia Property Person of the Year Iwan Sunito has been welcomed by media in China!
Crown Group CEO Iwan Sunito was long expected by mainland Chinese media. At the end of last year after Iwan was named the 2015 Property person of the year by Urban Taskforce, the demand to meet him went skyrocketing. In order to meet these demands, in January 2016 Iwan finally made the trip to China.
There were two media events scheduled for Iwan’s trip, one was in Beijing and the other in Hong Kong. The main purpose of these media events is to establish brand awareness in China and promote Crown Group’s concept of innovation through the presentation of our past development projects.
In Beijing more than 40 media personnel attended. Hong Kong was scheduled to be a day of one-on-one interviews with Iwan Sunito.
Iwan with his great personal charisma and the speech of Crown Group’s journey to success made a pronounced impression to the Chinese media.
In his speech Iwan also promoted the elegant and iconic Infinity by Crown Group, the unique and beautifully crafted Oasis by Crown Group as well as V by Crown located in Parramatta, a suburb that connects the past, present and future.
Iwan’s speech also presented numerous facts about Sydney, one of the most habitable and beautiful cities in the world. This is an opportunity for the Chinese media to acquire firsthand information about The Harbour City.
In recent years international buyers in Asia and beyond are increasingly seeing the positives of buying property in Sydney.
Crown Group has experienced strong demand from Chinese real estate buyers and has established a reputation for delivering some of Australia’s best luxury apartments.
While more than 70 per cent of Crown Group’s buyers are Australian residents and citizens, about 30 per cent are international buyers, China accounting for the largest portion of the international buyers.
Crown Group CEO Iwan Sunito said the demand from China was a testament to Sydney’s strong potential and Crown Group’s expanding global reputation.
Sydney property values have recorded impressive growth again increasing 11.5 per cent in 2015, beating all other Australian capital cities for the third year running.
CoreLogic RP Data’s home value index revealed Sydney topped the list for growth in apartment prices with 11.5 per cent growth followed by Melbourne up 11.2 per cent, Brisbane up 4.1 per cent and Canberra up 4.1 per cent whereas values decreased in Adelaide, Darwin, Perth and Hobart in 2015.
Sydney also topped the list for growth in apartment prices in 2013 and 2014.
