Top Ryde City Living is a unique seven-building residential development conveniently located above a shopping centre. It offers panoramic views of Sydney including the Harbour Bridge, CBD, and Blue Mountains. Developing high-density housing above well-located major regional shopping centres is often promoted as an ideal model for urban consolidation.
However, no such examples have existed in Sydney until now. The developers of Top Ryde City Living took this prime urban consolidation opportunity with the redevelopment of Sydney’s first US-style shopping mall. Top Ryde offers a rare model of a typology often spoken about, but rarely produced.
Peter & Kim
Peter and Kim moved from a five-bedroom house in Marsfield to Top Ryde City Living in 2012.
Peter – “I’m glad we moved here now while we still have a lot of energy. When we outgrew our family home we chose to move in to Top Ryde City Living for a number of reasons – the amenities were an important reason as well as obviously the spectacular view. We love living up high with good views.”
Kim – “When I finally saw our penthouse I fell in love with it immediately. It was way way above our expectations. Everyday I love it, we’re not boxed in here, our apartment has high ceilings and it’s spacious, light and airy… One of the best things is with the shopping centre below, we don’t have to get in the car to go to the shops, it’s just so easy. It’s a real home and our grandchildren love coming here to play.”

V by Crown.
“We decided to buy in Parramatta for several important reasons. Firstly, we want to live in a place where there are lots of people, a place that’s socially active. A place with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes, lots of things to do and see. We find living in a quiet suburb boring.
Secondly, the convenience of the location. Close to a huge shopping centre like Westfield, Parramatta Mall, Parramatta Park, Parramatta river, and perhaps most importantly, access to so much public transport. With so many trains and buses and even ferries, it’s easy to go anywhere from Parramatta.
Finally, we feel that Parramatta is the future of Western Sydney, and therefore a smart investment. It’s already regarded as the second CBD and as prices force more residents and businesses out of the Sydney CBD, I think many will choose to relocate to Parramatta as it’s a more affordable and convenient alternative. The area has already developed so much over the last decade, we look forward to seeing what the future has in store.
As for V by Crown, what’s not to like? Crown is a reputable company and all of their projects look fantastic. We feel that V by Crown will be a landmark in Parramatta and will set a new standard for living in the area. We love the architecture and interior design, everything looks modern and stylish. But I think more than anything the facilities are what attracted us. Communal pool area, gym, library, theatrette, rooftop garden… we’re so excited, we can’t wait to move in.”

“I am the owner of one of Crown’s apartments, where I have lived since late 1998. Twelve years in the one place is a long stretch for me which I can only put down to the comforts I enjoy and the continuing pride I have in my home. My two-bedroom apartment is spacious, airy and bright, with a large balcony on which I regularly host family dinners and barbecues. It is a master-built building with a unique design and first class fittings throughout which remain as decorative and functional as they were on the day I purchased the property.
The day the property was presented to me I felt like I had just walked into a five star hotel and that is still how I feel today. I can only congratulate the Crown Property Group for having created such a fine abode as its debut venture into residential property development.”
