(Sydney, Australia) Monday May 22, 2017 – A unique display suite showcasing a nature-filled residential development creating a ‘green revolution’ in Sydney has opened to the public.
Featuring a luxuriously-appointed penthouse kitchen and bathroom and an architecturally-designed studio, the Waterfall by Crown Group display suite opened at 30-36 O’Dea Avenue Waterloo on Saturday.
Buyers have the chance to see for themselves the much-anticipated luxurious penthouse and first-home buyer’s favorite – a studio before apartment sales begin on June 17.
Attracting interest from property and design enthusiasts across Sydney, Crown Group’s latest project Waterfall by Crown Group was unveiled last Wednesday at an event attended by more than 2000 people at Royal Hall of Industries in Sydney.
The $395-million development offers a luxuriously verdant retreat that encourages an enriching work-life balance.
Renowned for the development of urban resort-style projects, Crown Group has taken its latest project to a new level; creating Australia’s largest man-made Waterfall.
The development comprises three seven-storey buildings and an iconic 20-storey sculptural tower overlooking lush, tropical landscaping and beautiful water gardens. Public art is a key element of Waterfall: Mika Utzon Popov, grandson of Sydney Opera House architect Jorn Utzon, is creating a large-scale artwork on selected exterior walls.
A scale building model will also be exhibited at the display suite showing the unique design, water garden and landscape.
“This development is something entirely unique inspired by the power of nature,” said Crown Group Chairman and CEO, Iwan Sunito. “With this design, we are breaking with tradition. The green spaces and natural elements bring this to a whole new level and creates a luxurious, balanced environment for residents to relax and recharge.”
Waterfall by Crown Group features 331 apartments including studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and, at the higher scale, courtyard apartments and double-storey penthouses. The interiors offer fresh, natural modern luxury, utilizing stone, timber and subtle hues.
This iconic development is conveniently located in Sydney’s Green Square, in the heart of Waterloo. An up-and-coming area, Waterloo is in the midst of a transportation hub offering easy car, rail and bus access to Sydney CBD and beyond. Moreover, Waterfall is just minutes from Sydney Airport.
Construction is scheduled for completion in 2020. The residences are available from $620 000.
The display suite is open from 10am to 4pm, seven-days-a-week.
Crown Group is now accepting expressions of interest.
