Featuring 72 studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom suites, Skye Hotel Suites at Parramatta will include access to V by Crown Group’s resort-style pool, gym, expansive foyer, conference room, restaurant, sauna, business centre and vibrant alfresco dining and retail piazza.
Up to 9 tenants will fill the retail piazza including: Shokudo Japanese Restaurant and Bar, The Shed and Neil Perry’s Burger Project.
In August this year Neil Perry AM has announced that the striking V by Crown Group tower will be the location for his next Burger Project.
“Parramatta has such a diverse and emerging food and cultural scene and we cannot wait to add Burger Project to the mix,” Perry said.
Crown Group National Development Director Pierre Abrahamse said that securing Burger Project was ‘a great coup’ for Parramatta.

Visitors staying at Skye Hotel Suites will also have access to Parramatta’s highest bar. A stunning glass wall forming a unique backdrop behind the bar service area will take advantage of the bar’s sky high position.

According to Destination NSW for the year ending March 2016 there were 3.3 million international overnight visitors in Sydney an increase of 8.5% from 2015. Western Sydney received nearly 2.0 million domestic overnight visitors in the year ending March 2015, an increase of 4.5% from 2014. 281,000 international visitors stayed overnight at Western Sydney in the same year, an increase of 6.1% from 2014.
