Home Automation and Multi-Media control brings the future to you with the touch of the finger. Such systems are becoming more and more popular within the home. The Genesis development will be provided with a base system in each apartment that can be optioned up to control the home environment. The base system allows electronic control of Light on the living/dinning rooms and bedrooms. The base system also allows for Electronic control of Blinds to the sliding doors of living rooms (motorised blinds not provided). The base system can be further expanded with optional extras to Heating, Air-conditioning and/or other electrical devices.

To take the systems further a Touch Screen Control Panel can be added as an optional extra for Entertainment Control for TV and Music within the apartment. This control Panel has a TV Tuner with selectable in-screen, Built-in Music Entertainment System instant access to an extensive Music Library via Select Touch Juke Box, which includes a Music database searchable by Artist, Song Genre and more. The Touch Screen Panel also allows informations options such as Time, Date and Internet Services. Internet Connectivity (where available) within the Touch Screen system provides access to an on-line shopping, banking and information services (News, TV Guide and weather).
