The Honourable John Howard, Prime Minister of Australia and Member for Bennelong officially opened Crown Lyon Joint Venture’s newest residential development ‘Genesis’ on April 7th 2004.

As the Prime Minister revealed the plaque to commemorate the opening, he cited, “I congratulate Crown and I congratulate Bruce Lyon and all associated with the Genesis project. I am sure it will be successful. In declaring it open by unveiling this plaque, I know it will add considerably to the amenity of the locality and make a positive contribution to the future of Epping.”
The night was an astounding success and provided invaluable recognition to the Crown Lyon Joint Venture and their developments.
